The Colorado Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (DHSEM) and Colorado Division of Fire Prevention and Control (DFPC) are excited to announce upcoming changes to the CRRF online portal. Over the course of the last year, we have developed a new CRRF system from the ground up in an effort to reduce workload for both cooperator and state personnel. The new online portal will be accessed through WebEOC, the state’s online emergency operations system. WebEOC is now the cooperator’s one stop for both the CRRF and resource availability for State All-Hazards incidents.
In preparation for the new CRRF portal going live, we have made CDPS-CRRF.org Read Only. This is so we can prepare all current CRRF equipment and information to be transferred to the new system. CRRFs will still be viewable and printable, but any updates to existing CRRFs will have to wait for the new portal, scheduled for release Mid – Late February 2019. Current CRRF administrators will receive emails containing updates in the coming weeks, which will also be posted here. In summary:
- CDPS-CRRF.org is now Read only, all changes can be made when the new CRRF system goes live Mid – Late February.
- All equipment and cooperator data currently in our system will be automatically migrated to the new system.
- Current CDPS-CRRF administrators will be required to create a WebEOC account in order to access their CRRFs if they do not already have one. Request for a WebEOC account can be made here: Request WebEOC Account
- Once Live, users will login to verify their information that was imported is correct, make any changes and re-submit.
