Welcome to the Colorado Department of Public Safety’s (CDPS) Colorado Resource Rate Form (CRRF) Entry System.
A CRRF is a document that lists equipment owned by Colorado-based local, County, and State agencies that can respond to and be utilized on incidents and other disasters. The CRRF also lists the conditions of use and agreed upon rates for reimbursement when that equipment is utilized on an incident. Once approved, DFPC and DHSEM staff enter those resources into the Resource Ordering and Status System (ROSS) and WebEOC.
If you are a Colorado Cooperator agency and have an official Unit ID (https://wfmi.nifc.gov/unit_id/Publish.html), please click the “Create an account” link on the left.
IMPORTANT: Create only one account for each agency/cooperator. The CRRF is then tied to that account. Multiple accounts per agency/cooperator are not supported.
Creating your account:
- To create your account, click on the Create an Account on the left and enter the information.
- You will receive an email at the email address used in the registration. That email will contain a link you must use to "verify" your email address. This is to prevent "robots" from trying to register. *NOTE* The confirmation email should arrive very quickly, please check your spam folder if you cannot find the verification email.
- Once you verify your email address, a system administrator will be notified and must "activate" your account. Since this system is only for State Cooperator use, we will verify you represent a state cooperator. That process may take up to 48 business hours, but may be much faster.
- When the account is activated, you will receive an email letting you know that you can now login to your account.
Once you log in, further instructions will be provided. If you have already created an account, you may log in and edit your CRRF.
This website and the tools it contains are intended for use that complies with the purposes outlined above. Any other use of this system is not authorized.
